John is the most disorganised man I have ever met. He will over promise to get a job and the under deliver. If you are looking for a tradesman to not turn up when promised, carry out poor standard of work and then bill you more than you are quoted this is the man for you. He does not know how to run a business and has no sense of customer service. If you have the audacity to challenge him when your invoice is completely wrong (even down to the name and date!!) he will turn VERY aggressive and threaten you will court. The standard of work he carries out its way below standard too. He also refuses to give OAP discount as advertised on his website. This man is a fraudster, avoid at all costs. I wouldn't even recommend him to my worse enemy.
