We had an old 1930’s single pipe central heating system in large 5 bedroom house. Spencer came to our house twice to review what was needed as this was a complex job as the house also had 3 hot water tanks supplying different parts of the house. In 12 days, they managed to remove the old steel pipe work, reinstall the latest copper pipe parallel central heating, sorted out zoned heating, and adapted the tradition column radiators to work with the new system. They also removed all the boilers and replaced it with a pressurised hot water system. This was done with minimal disruption. Work was tidy and efficient and the result was outstanding.
