Ultra-Warm Ltd

We needed a new boiler, have it relocated and be here the same time as the gas company. We had very efficient service from the start, always called when they said they would and all round reliable. The heating engineers were very tidy and professional and did the job with minimum fuss and impact on us. Highly recommend.

I called Ultrawarm because our bolier failed. They told me that an engineer would be out the same day but they did not arrive. I called them in the afternoon of the following day to be told that they had had a number of breakdowns that would take priority over mine. They could not tell me when they would come out but they hoped it would be within a week ! They should have called me to let me know as I was waiting for them. Ultrawarm has failed us and couldn't even be bothered to keep us informed. Very very poor. Avoid.

Above the call of duty. I had a problem with my vehicle today and was stranded at the side of the road waiting for the RAC to come and fix it. A charming man driving an Ultra-Warm truck drove past and then returned to ask if he could assist me. I am elderly. For many years it has always been obvious to me that those who work for a company make the company. For this gentleman to have shown such an act of consideration to a stranger shows that this company cares about its customers. They are now at the top of my list for when I need a gas service. And for the good samaritan who did not pass me by I say THANK YOU!
