Rob came over to Worcester to service my boiler last week. Really nice guy, very competitive pricing and was able to squeeze me in between other appointments at short notice which was great. I'll certainly be back in touch for future plumbing and boiler work.
Have used Rob for a number of years now after he initially helped me out when my boiler (installed by Warmfront under a grant) developed a fault, typically in winter when it was needed most! The boiler was out of its one year warranty by a couple of months. It turned out to be a major fault and would have cost me loads. Rob helped me out when I contacted the manufacturers and they agreed to come out and fix it, free of charge. Since then I’ve used Rob to keep the boiler serviced and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He knows what he’s doing, works cleanly, efficiently and, above all, is reasonably priced.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but due to Rob’s workmanship and OCD I have to say he’s done an excellent job. I’m quite fussy myself but can not fault him in the slightest. I’d happily and confidently recommend him to family and friends. Though he does like radio 2, but we can’t all be perfect.
We are more than pleased with our new boiler. Everything from the quotation to the job completion has been of the highest standard. A professional service that was finished on time as promised and mess was kept to a minimum. The after service is also excellent, any questions or help required, Rob was more than happy to help.
