Waited around all day for these kind people and when they arrived, they left without trying to call us because they couldn't find anywhere to park. We had arranged private parking for them and told them this beforehand. They said they'd return in a couple of hours and, of course, did not. They didn't even think to tell us they wouldn't make it until we called them. Companies like this shouldn't exist, please don't give them any business.
