Untrained, unqualified and untrustworthy. I had this "tradesperson" visit my house three years ago to move some pipework, a minor job I'm later told by another tradesperson. Firstly, I was asked to go to a local shop and collect parts myself, and pay for the work in cash. Firstly he cut the wrong pipe, flooding the downstairs floor. Secondly, he did not fix a leak I asked him to look at; instead he wrapped PTFE tape around the compression nut without removing it. Finally, he refilled the system incorrectly, causing damage to the internals of the cylinder, and left the overflow/warning pipe of the header tank running. This was extremely costly to repair, as I had to have the whole system replaced at a cost of £2,500. I also incurred alternative accommodation costs, repair bills for the floor/ceiling water damaged, and an excessive water bill due to the magnitude of the leak. I have called several times without an answer, and have yet to recover my costs by other means. Avoid at all costs. Dangerous in every respect.

He was very friendly had no idea how to fix a valve in the toilet cystern said he had fixed it he was gone less than an hour with £30.00 in his pocket I'm still left with a noisy toilet so true buy cheap buy twice I'll be keeping well away from him

The worst plumbing I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I asked him to fit a new toilet. The result was a very poorly fitted new toilet which leaked and I was left with severely damaged tile work. He has yet to return my calls after one week of trying. I have had to have the whole installation refitted by a professional plumber.

Didn’t show up at all even though the appointment was made less than 24 hours previous. Tried to call but there was no answer.
