Eli came to my condo over the weekend and I was blown away by his service. He not only fixed my plumbing issue, but left no mess AT ALL! I am a very very clean person and the thought of a plumber coming into my home is quite nerve-racking, but not with Eli. He was professional, personable, concise, and his customer service is spectacular. I would without a doubt recommend Eli to ANYONE. Thank you Eli and Quality First Plumbing & Heating. I also need to give kudos to Dee who was the dispatcher who I chatted with at the beginning of this matter. Her customer service was also outstanding. What a great team and great experience. We recently bought a home, and when we turned the water on, we got a beautiful waterfall in the basement. I called eight plumbers, and everyone wanted to book us more than a week out. Quality First booked us quickly, which was nice. Our tech was AWESOME! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really just went above and beyond. I don't know if everyone in the company is that helpful, but the lady I spoke to for booking both before and after was also great, so it would seem so. I would recommend them to a friend or family member!

I work at Verona Park in Aurora, CO. I can't say enough about what Quality 1st has meant to us since we took over management here. Michael, specifically has been amazing. He's extremely professional and efficient and works quickly. Our residents love him as well. In fact, today he showed up SECONDS after we put in a repair request for AC. Literally SECONDS. I'm so happy that we've found Quality 1st, and that they employ people like Michael.

Chris Montes is an excellent technician. This is our second time having him do work for us. He is patient and takes the time to explain things so you understand what he is doing. Michael arrived at the designated time. He explained what the scheduled work would entail and explained what additional work might be involved. As he progressed, he kept me informed of his progress and the results of his observations. He also explained the charges and what additional charges could occur. When he finished, he cleaned up the work area and loaded up his tools. No surprises! A fair charge for work completed.
