First Call Services

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I'd read the reviews before using this company, so hope others read this. I had a leaking pipe, the plumber arrived and told me the pipe needed to be replaced. I then received a call from their head office to take payment up front, which I wasn't happy about but I needed the leek fixed so I had no choice but to make payment of £153. The plumber then wrapped some black sticky tape around the existing pipe to stop it from leaking instead of replacing it. It took him about 10mins to do! I've since been trying to speak to the manager/owner of the business, but he is never available and refuses to call me back! And on top of that their receptionist is rude and unhelpful. I've also requested an invoice for the works and I've received nothing. How can companies like this stay in business with so many unhappy customers.

Upon calling again and again my work was done took 3 days for everything to get completed. Not happy with what they say and what they do. This company should be called last call services , first is a mistake in the title. If you are paying serious money for a job please go to proffiesonals as I have learnt from this experience that you should pay more for a better quality of job.

Terrible - and perhaps serve me right for not paying proper attention. Got away with charging me well over the odds, didn't do a professional job (including near-illegal bits), failed to complete and register the installation. Also uncouth!

They came for a leak in toilet pipe due to old nail charged1080 pounds left nail there.took advantage of me while father had been rushed to hospital at broomfields hospital.dont trust PLEASE AND A WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK.THROUGH NIGHT WORK I DID NOT SUPERVISE .THEIR WORK AND I REGRET IT STILL OVER 18 MONTHS AGO.THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO ALL PLUMBERS.I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR IF I COULD.is a Mr s.brown still there ?to owner ask Steve brown about his service.DO NOT USE YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR A LIFETIME.

They charged £150 call out charge, if you have problems with your boiler be warned... DO Not use this unprofessional company. They don’t even answer phone calls Avoiding conflict from customers after they’ve taken your money.
