Sadly I was really disappointed. They did not fully fix the issue with our water heater and they did not respond to several emails before and after the job. I would rather pay a little more for better service.

An engineer came to my house to fix my boiler which was over-heated. They changed the thermostat really quickly. The price was also reasonable. I am pleased.
