Do not be fooled by his pleasantness. Just paid 4,000 pounds for a bathroom refit. Paid up when job was done. MY MISTAKE should of looked closely at the job. Large hole in plastering by window, split all the way down centre bath panel. Managed to contact once when he promised to come and change panel but nothing, he will not answer texts or emails. Please do not waste your money on this company I am looking at the small claims court. Furious.

Unreliable. Failed to rectify fault he had caused and would not return calls. I had employ a second Plumber to correct fault at additional cost. Not impressed!
