Awful service. Caused damage to my property and refused to put it right. His insurance, on his instructions, refused to put it right. In the end when faced with court action his insurance company backed down and paid out in full when they realised they actually didn't have a leg to stand on and that actually he was to blame. It took over two years to get it sorted though. Did he care? Did he hell he had his money.
