Don't know where James got his review from, but i assume he is incapable of increasing his vocabulary to any more than one word, hence the very short, very unhelpful review... I can safely say you can ignore his 1* review and hire Paul with confidence! Paul's work was fantastic and it helps that he's also a very nice guy. Outstanding service, had a water leak between Christmas and new year called Paul and he was out looking at the issue within the hour. had it all fixed and resolved in a couple of hours. Friendly and professional and cost effective. Will be using Paul for anything like this again.!
