Wednesday - I found out I had a flooded basement. Thursday - I was told Art would be at my house at 5:30pm. NO CALL/NO SHOW. Friday - I was told he would be there in the morning. Around 3:30pm I received a call from Art saying he was "digging all day" and that he would be a few hours and that he would text me. I had already cancelled plans for Thursday night, rescheduling for Friday because - I know this is crazy, if a repair person tells me they are going to be at my house, I'm expecting something to get repaired - Did he text or call me with an update or to tell me he was coming? Of course not. I finally texted him and said no thanks - that was at 6pm. I live in a one bathroom house and I am facing an entire weekend of not being able to use my own toilet. If a plumber comes to my home over the weekend - guess what, I'm charged an EMERGENCY FEE! Thanks to Covenant Plumbing and Heating for leaving me stranded when I needed you most. You are the reason small businesses fail. Congratulations.

Art came to our home to finish the trimming of the basement bathtub, vanity, and put in a toilet. Prices were very reasonable and he was super friendly and efficient! Would hire them to do any future plumbing were have.
