They earned every point on those 5 stars. From answering my call all the way to job completion they were on it. At first they said hopefully this afternoon. A few short hours later the job was done. I even got a courtesy call when they were on their way. This is how business is supposed to be done. Thanks guys. I appreciate the service.
Called first thing Monday morning and they were here within 10 minutes! Replaced my hot water heater and had me up and running in an hour! Great customer service and did a fantastic job! They will be my first call when I need plumbing or heating services!
Came home from golfing and found water in my garage. Did some checking and found a pinhole in a pipe which was spraying water on our electrical box. I placed tape around it to keep water off of the electrical panel. I called Decent since they have been so great in the past. Within an hour two fine plumbers showed up. Not only did they fix the initial issue but fixed two other possible future problems. I cannot thank them enough. They do one heck of a job! Recommend them to anyone. Thank you Decent Plumbing!!!
