New Worcester Bosch Combi. From the time we contacted hiflow, got the quote and accepted it, everything went exactly as we were told it would. The men arrived at 8.30am sharp on the agreed date. They were all extremely pleasant, helpful and considerate, which made having the work done so much less stressful. Colin or Gerry popped in each day to check that everything was going to plan. Thank you to William, Harry & all the team for a great job.- and a few laughs along the way.

I just got a new boiler fitted with Hi Flow and want to thank the guys for the great installation. It's good to see tradesmen who take pride in the job! I am delighted with the way they worked around some of the issues that my kitchen has and was happy how they left the job. One very satisfied customer ????

Professional, company with approachable staff. They came when they said they would, they worked as a team, and all work was quality controlled by by a separate member of staff. All employees exceptionally pleasant. The fact that they had earned "Which's" approval as a "trusted trader" also influenced our choice of company.

Do not let them in your house if you have kids. !!! They see this as an opportunity to corner you and hit you with unreasonable repair costs and unnecessary work. Worst part, if you refuse and state you would like to have a second opinion, they will bully you by cutting the mains gas off and threaten to report you. In our case I blocked the engineer from cutting our gas and ended up having a heated argument as he was refusing to leave and kept threatening to report us and have the gas cut off. I wish we had recording to send it to BBC watch dog and rouge traders TV show. Called another company and my boiler only needed a new thermostat and it’s all up and running now. I wish I could mention their name but this will then sound like I am advertising for someone. God knows how they deal with old pensioners and venerable families with little knowledge of gas and boilers. I wish i had read reviews before calling them. Stay clear !
