Paul has fixed our (very old) boiler a couple of times and also installed a new toilet. He is extremely reliable and thorough. I would highly recommend his plumbing service and he has a great reputation in the area. There are other similar named companies, so it is easy to get them confused. We would only ever call Paul as we have always found him to be punctual and very professional.

Fast response, good communication and honest- came to service our boiler exactly when he said he would, did the work needed doing quickly and neatly. No BS a straight up guy. Would recommend and use again.

Paul (Pawel) arrived to inspect our boiler that was losing pressure. He said we would need a power flush, maybe an extra expansion vessel to be fitted. We agreed the work and booked him to come back today for a full day to do some other work for us too, like replace a tap, but all week he has been avoiding all text & calls asking for a quote. He hasn't turned up today, and won't answer our calls. It's a real shame, but I have to agree with other comments on here, that if it is a more complex job, more than fitting a rad or fixing a pipe, he isn't interested in the hassle. A real shame.

I've used Paul twice for plumbing problems and he was prompt, friendly, polite and efficient. He's also happy to explain how things work so enable you to help yourself in future.

We have used Dulwich Plumber Ltd twice now (for a leaky pipe, removal of an old pipe, and sorting a leak in a newly installed bathroom) and can highly recommend. Reliable, professional, high quality work and very pleasant service.
