No complaints at all about the quality or cost of work. All very good. Just that they their accounts dept need to embrace the 21st century and allow people to pay electronically not just via cheque (hello) or having to phone up and pay via card over the telephone. Come on, it's 2018...make it easier for people to pay you!

I got a new heating system installed by H&A. I did have problems for about 2 weeks after but I have to say every time I called and asked to get someone out to have a look, they arrived inside a couple of hours. The service from H&A was great and one guy in particular was amazing. He is a true gentleman. Oh just so you know the work H&A done from the start was flawless. The problem was with the heating boiler.

Not very reliable SERVICE COMMUNICATION VERY BAD THEY Make UNEXPECTED HOME CALLS with out informing the occupier or house holder that there calling with is not very good I gave star 2 dislike it with score out 10 be 1 ===================================== company very hard to get replys from them they don't ansa e.mails and let phone ring out or leave on ansa machine on not to have to ansa the calls ================================================ NOT VERY RELABLE H&A LATEST UPDATE ON NEW GAS CENTERAL HEATING SYSTEM INSTALLED BY H&A I WAS TOLD TO KEEP ON THE BOILER ITS NOT TO BE SWITCHED OFF ITS COST SO FAR FOR EVERY 3 HOURS £13.00 STERLING IT WORK OUT AT £91.00 A WEEK AT THREE HOURS EVERY DAY TO KEEP IT ON FOR JUST THREE HOURS USEING 17 UNITS FOR 3 HOURS I WORK OUT AT £364.00 A MONTH KEEPING IT ON 3 HOURS ADAY ITS USEING WAY AT GAS AND ME NOT EVEN USEING IT ITS A DESASTER /ITS HELL ========================================= Gas meter 110 A GIFT FROM HELL

Company was meant to call out today to fix an issue. Never bothered coming.
