Osborne David C Ltd

I've used David Osborne's for many jobs, from yearly boiler service to installing a whole new heating system. I've found them to be honest and thorough in all my dealings. I've only held back a star as it can be difficult to get very prompt service as they are busy and although reasonably priced it's definitely not cheap.

Very unsatisfactory annual service of oil fired boiler such that set off smoke alarm. After the service the boiler began producing smoke into the house of my 83 year old mother. They did admit not installing boiler nozzle as stated on the bill. Had to get another company's heating engineer in who high lighted how poor and unsafe the £138 service had been. Asked for money back, Osborne declined refund. Very worrying so called oftec registered technician.
