Called West Wales Waste LTD for a CCTV drainage survey to rule out damaged sewer pipes as a potential entry point for rodents. Appointment booked for 09:30 the following morning. Luke Dedman arrived bang on the time agreed and proceeded to thoroughly inspect the drainage system talking me through what we were seeing on screen, leaving me safe in the knowledge that drainage around my property is sound. Luke was polite, friendly and approachable. Settling up the bill was nice and easy as they are able to accept card payments with a mobile chip and pin machine. Would definitely 100% recommend to all. I Called out West Wales Waste for a blocked drain and full septic tank, and they very quickly got the job done! I’ve used a few other companies, none have been so efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and understanding as these Guys! They were no stress of drama, which I’ve experienced with the other companies. Then I found out it was a new company... you’d think they had been trading for years and years! I highly recommend them, and have already booked us in for a tank emptying in 12 months! Thanks guys ????
