Came to assess what should have been a simple job. Rearranged at the last minute on the day he was supposed to return (these things happen), but then failed to turn up at all and did not contact us or return our calls. We would rather have just been told not to expect anyone so we could have arranged an alternative. This caused us huge disruption as we were left without a usable kitchen/laundry for nearly 2 weeks.
