Josh D. came and replaced our water heater, and was very professional and wonderful! He was very communicative with us and let us know what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what we need to be looking for so that we won't have to replace it again anytime soon. He gave us a good price because of our longstanding customer relationship with the company, and was very polite and treated our home and us with respect. We use them for all of our household repair needs, and are happy to recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I've used them on 2 separate occasions one for a rental property and the other for my personal home. Each time has been amazing, with exceptional customer service and reasonable prices. I Hope that I don't need them again in the near future, however, I will definitely use them if needed. That being said I hope I get Dave Newman again as the technician he was out standing polite and courteous.

We love Fix-it 24/7! Josh and Bill were very professional and courteous. They were very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. After calling several places when our a/c went out on Saturday, Fix-it 24/7 put us on standby for Sunday, by far our earliest option of all the places we called. They communicated throughout the day on Sunday, and Bill showed up around 5. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it thoroughly. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, neat, and efficient. We’re so thankful to have a cool house again!

I can't say enough about this company, and the people who work for them. I was in a real pinch and they came to the rescue! I knew I was in trouble with the 'guts' of my house since everything was 26 years old! In one (long day for them in 101* heat), they replaced two furnaces, two A/C units, and took out two hot water heaters and replaced them with one more efficient one. They were all very professional, neat and cleaned up everything. Chris came right on time and stayed until the last workman was finished to show me how to operate everything. My husband was out of town and he volunteered to come back when he returned to show it all to him. Whenever another workman entered my house, they sought me out to introduce themselves and explain what they would be doing. I just had my inspection and the inspector was VERY impressed with all the work done. I highly recommend this company. Efficient, professional, prompt, kind and so understanding to the client.
