Recently had a boiler installed by Aura Gas and the service was excellent from start to finish. The final installation was a little more expensive than the online quote but this was explained by the surveyor. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Completely a liar company. Always give you fixed price quote but find some to charge extra. Very bad experience. Despite a confirmation of quotation words and quality of work via email, they did pass their words. They left me 15 days in tension to complete my job. They blamed on my wiring however did not accept the fact that boiler engineer was not able to connect system properly. Next electric engineer came and simply reconnect wires and all wiring issue disappears however they charged me for additional work which was not required (new wiring). They mentioned in quotation that engineer will bring pair of bricks and will repair hole after fitting new boiler however he simply filled hole with cement which looks ugly. If I can give Zero star, I would but there is no option. I learnt a lesson to go with well known company for piece of mind rather than little cheap company

Sale man promise you what you want to hear gas engineer can't deliver what you want to hear so be aware!!! Engineer left my house last week and I have 2 heater not working a non stopping leak in my kitchen and a boiler cover which open only halfway, after i contacting the after care who just don't care! to arrange help to fix those issues I was told someone will ring me to arrange an appointment and nobody did ring me back. I rang a second time and tried to speak to a manager they were to busy to talk so ask if they can ring me back after a couple of days still no manger could be bothered to ring me back poor customers care and poor management :(

Booked a quote online for a Monday and received a call to say the system had double booked so i rescheduled for Tuesday between 8-10am but no-one showed up and there was no call explaining this. quite ironic considering the directors quote on the site is as follows “Aura Gas promise to do what we say we will, when we say we will do it, for the price we have quoted – Guaranteed.”

Not impressed with their customer service. Engineer lied about going into my loft following a leak and the director who dealt with my complaint defended the engineer and effectively called me a liar! Engineer was also a sleeze who has, according to him, "dated most of his ex-customers"!!! Will not be recommending or using again!!
