Laurent was extremely helpful, very friendly, and offered fantastic advice. Unlike other plumbers that I have dealt with, Laurent did not try to sell us work that wasn't required. Instead, he gave a detailed and professional assessment of exactly what was needed, and even advised us about how we may wish to attempt to resolve the issue ourselves in the first instance to save on callout costs. I truly appreciate Laurent's professional and honest attitude and cannot recommend him highly enough. I have used Laurent many times. He is a true find! He really cares about his work and how he can do it in the best way with the minimal amount of cost and damage. He's fixed burst pipes, installed iron radiators, repaired ceilings and bathroom floors and his work is always of an excellent standard.

I was really happy with Laurent's work. He managed to finish what another plumber had told us was a difficult and time consuming job with a minimum of fuss. He's completely open about what has to be done and how much it's likely to cost.

Laurent was a delight to have in our house when he refurbished our bathroom. He's charming, professional, capable, efficient, reliable, and works to an extremely high standard. He didn't just re-plumb the bathroom, but re-plastered it, re-floored it and re-tiled it. He's a marvel. (He also bought us some amazing saucisson sec!) I would strongly recommend him to anyone.
