Had a boiler emergency at weekend. Felt reassured as soon as I spoke with Francesca. Sergio was around in 2 hours and resolved the issue swiftly. Polite and no fuss service. Recommend.
Sergio and his strong team of engineers are brilliant! I've used them for a few years now with my previous troublesome Valiant. Today they installed a fab Worcester and I couldn't be happier (& warmer) with the service they provided. Reliable, reasonably priced, clean and trustworthy. 5* for my first ever online review. Don't hesitate to call them.
Horrible experience. The director of this business had sent somebody to discuss the installation and provide a quote for a new boiler. After we agreed upon the price, we went ahead with the installation on the agreed date however the installation wasn't done properly and now the director of this business says he has got nothing to do with it and we will need to chase the installer!
