I would not recommend this company. 6 months in and the new boiler has packed up that they installed. They have been informed but will not attend in the evening to address this and thus I have been left with no hot water or heating. They are not accommodating. I would stay well clear.

I have had regular contact with JWP&H over the past two years following my purchase of a new property. Their helpfulness and professionalism in dealing with snagging issues and other ongoing faults have been immeasurable (none of these of their making). Office personnel are always prepared to talk through an issue constructively and their service staff have always demonstrated the highest levels of workmanship and consideration for me as the customer.

This company refused to help us now that we are just out of warranty. They refused to help if we pay!
