GR Plumbers

It's always nice when you have home improvements done,unfortunately my experience with Gareth left a lot to be desired. He was suppose to carry out plumbing works and project manage the rest of the job,after bringing out his supposed carpenter to help him quote for the job Gareth decided to do the carpentry and building work himself and the standard of workmanship wasn't great. Amongst other things he damaged the door he fitted by planing through the veneer,also the door swings open by itself so it hasn't been hung squarely....I've paid for a radiator to be fitted including labour which I didn't get and the new stud wall that was built and paid for to be plastered was left as bare plasterboard with a bit of rough filler. Also after asking many times he refuses to give me a receipt for money paid which now invalidates the warranty on the macerator and other parts he's fitted. This is a truthful account which can be backed up by photos and emails.

Gareth was great from start to finish. He made my old bathroom fantastic with a whole new suite and look. He kept my home tidy and even took all the rubbish when he finished. Highly recommended!!

I was genuinely impressed with everything about grplumbers. Their standard of work was brilliant, their manner and customer service was faultless and they delivered on their promises. A real pleasure to work with.

Professional, reliable and tidied up after themselves. Very happy, would definitely recommend.
