Absolutely spot on. Superb service, friendly staff, and extremely proactive. Needed a boiler fixed fairly urgently, and they repaired it around my working hours. Very thorough in their work, and extremely knowledgeable. They made sure that everything was covered before the diagnosis, did a temporary fix that night, ordered the part that night, and fixed the following eve, again to suit my working house. Top service. So we came back from holiday to find to our horror that our boiler died and the house was freezing; we phoned Multi-Heat and they sent someone out within an hour on a Saturday night which suprised me. The engineer diagnosed the problem (the fan died). By Monday we had a visit from Gareth who went through the various options available to use and allowed me and my partner to make an informed decision and we decided to go and get a new combi boiler. The boiler was ordered overnight and all the work was carried out to our satisfaction within three days. The staff are great, very professional and friendly and I would use them again.
