Save Home Heat

Aaron was great! He explained everything and spent time checking all the possible issues. Additionally, the time window was from 8-10 am for him to arrive, he called 15 minutes prior to showing up and was very timely. He arrived close to 8! I highly recommend using this service very thorough and extremely pleasant to deal with.

All three electricians were very hard working, willing and able to share the what and why of the process, and personable. We had major work done, and just one small glitch that was quickly corrected. We have used Save Home Heat often and will continue to recommend them.

Save Home Heat is awesome! I've had multiple services to multiple properties, a furnace replaced, and would recommend them! Let me start this review with it is hard to find contractors that do their job and do it well! I had a previous AC/Heat company that I would not recommend to anyone. I found Save Home Heat via their google reviews and called them for an furnace issue at one of my houses. Being May and snowing in Boulder, they were out in less than 36 hours, and diagnosed the problem gave me a temporary repair and gave me options on either repairing or replacing. Dean the tech was very honest and knowledgeable. Their quote for a replacement was reasonable and after getting a second quote, I decided to go with them. They installed the furnace quicker than quoted due to the failing state and the unusually cold May. Their work was awesome! I had two other houses that had previously been serviced by another company. SHH sent Russell out to do a service on the furnace and AC. Again awesome service. He found that the AC unit had not been cleaned in some time (laziness of previous technicians not wanting to take apart the unit and clean the fins) and my furnace was still set at the default for sea level. He fixed all the issues and was very professional. I've interacted with multiple people in the company and they have all been honest and willing to go the extra mile. They do a great job and are good at their job. They show up on schedule. I'd recommend them to anyone.

After receiving no answer from calls to the original installer, I called Save Home and Daniel spent 4 hours servicing/repairing our 14yr old A/C unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and we’re all cool as cucumbers again. A perfect experience from first call to paying the bill! Lesson learned; buy a yearly maintenance agreement and save big time.

Had a/c installed. Everyone was great from the office staff to the workmen to the project managers. Would highly recommend!
