Substandard Job - Quotation was received for the removal of the kitchen cabinet, installation of a dishwasher(supplied) and to reinstall kitchen cabinet. Scott came over to assess the Job and he said he could fit everything there and then however, he did not have all the parts to carry out the installation so I paid for the Job in full and he went to purchase the parts. He claimed he would have to come back as another part he required was not available in the shops - it would need to purchase online. Fair enough, as I needed to get a cabinet that fits as well. I called several times after that and I was told the part had not arrived, several excuses was made etc. My local shop had this part so I purchased it and made an appointment for the completion of the Job. Scott reluctantly came back to finish the job which in my opinion was not up to standard - the kitchen cabinet was not fitted correctly. An argument broke out and he left!
