Strongs Plumbing and Heating Ltd

Not sure how good their work is but one of their engineers who was working in our building decided to dump an old mascerator (that's a box that chews up toilet waste) in our car park, rather than disposing of it correctly. Not only is this bad because it is littering; it's bad because these units contain harmful bacteria which can cause dysentery or worse. Some of the residents in our building have children who play out there who could easily play with the unit, not knowing what it is. I did phone Strongs to ask them to collect the unit and they agreed to do so – admitting responsibility – but seemed very put out by this. Edit: Regarding the quality of their work, the work they were doing was in the flat above mine. The work done caused water to seep through into my bathroom and kitchen walls. The plaster and paintwork will now need to be redone.
