I recently was badly let down leaving a potentially hazardous situation. FDR were recommended to me so I contacted them. Their engineer visited us the same day, re-set the system safely and diagnosed a fault. I promptly received a very reasonable quotation which I accepted and within ten days the system funtions perfectly.
