I run a damp proofing company and have used staunch and flow several times over the years when our guys have hit buried pipes (hazard of the job) We have found them to be very reliable arriving on time and carrying out repairs with the minimum of fuss. All of the plumbers are friendly and knowledgeable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

I have used staunch and flow a few times now over the last year or so for various issues and I wanted to leave a review because of my experience today. I had an emergency so i rang and the phone was answered by a pleasant lady, (I needed someone almost immediately) she did have to check with an engineer that he could attend at such short notice, which he did. He arrived and fixed my problem without any fuss. I will recommend and happily use again
