Duval Heating are experienced, prompt, professional and efficient. Steve shared information to advise on my problem with the Vaillant 831 clearly advising costs to allow me to make a decision. Would recommend.
Booked a service and waited for engineer who didn't show. Called them to be told that they apparently text me to confirm the appointment (it was already confirmed on email) and that he had another job on now. No phone call. No email. Just took on another job. No apology either. Avoid. Time wasters. **To follow up on the response- I did not receive any texts. Do you not think it would be sensible to CALL the customer or email them if you had no response via SMS rather than cancelling without telling them?! Your email to confirm the booking said nothing about this SMS confirmation process you seem to have! I have booked an alternative engineer. I wasn't going make another appointment after being let down without so much as an apology**
I needed to have a new boiler fitted and others out there wanted to change me the earth. duval heating was the best on price by far really nice guy steve is. very helpful in what system to get in my house. would use again as the work he did was to a very high strandard
The whole experience was completely hassle free. Steve was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely use again if the need arose.
