This company truly understands what it means to be in the service industry. They did everything needed to make sure I was informed and gave me the help I needed to resolve my problem. All were kind, respectful and knowledgeable. You can tell when employees are treated right at the company they work for by their attitude and all who came to help me had a great attitude.

Had everything backing up into the house. A previous plumber came in and made a mess a few weeks ago and didn't fix the problem. He came over and did a great job minimizing mess and spending the time to clean the pipe, and then use a camera to determine the cause of the problem, and then clean it again. Turns out we had roots in the line, so he recommended we do a root killer as well to help prevent the problem from coming back. Very grateful for a nice job.

We had a GREAT experience with Pacific Plumbing & Heating. Our AC quit working on the hottest day of the year. It was late in the day and we were sure there would be no way to get same day service. Sure enough, they came out within a few hours and got our AC working again!! They were very friendly and did an outstanding job! We would strongly recommend this company to anyone!!!

Reliable company, they fixed my water heater at my home in winnetka. Called a few companies out they all wanted to charge outrageous prices to fix it and replace it. Johnathan was honest and fixed my 5 year old water heater.
