Scam tastic. Charged an hour for 10min diagnosis. Then couldn't fix straightaway (even though there is a plumbing shop a 5 min walk away for parts) so charged again to come later including the.. 5min more.. Oh that's another half hour trick..., for not just the actual problem but also for time taken to break something that wasn't broken... "non standard electrical" which turned out to be fine because I have a smart controller the plumber didn't understand. Neither was the time charged for their breaking something refunded nor was that problem fixed, then the job documentation was lacking and I am another 200 quid out of pocket paying someone else to fix what they broke. In detail ever since the boiler breakdowns plumber came the smart controller no longer works and clearly the system wasn't topped up properly because 3 radiators are full of air and the index radiator was cold. Furthermore neither the gas safety nor the job report had been sent I chase. I get a basically blank job report I dent a pipe doing some building work and ask my usual plumber/electrician to check out the boiler while he repairs this pipe as the index radiator isn't filling in addition to the controller not working and the hanging out wires from the boiler breakdowns plumber that weren't there before. He tells me and writes in his report the electrics have been done wrong and I should get boilerbreakdowns to come and set right. I call with the new Plumbers job report to support and they will only come out if I pay a deposit first and then only fix if the plumber recognises his work and that he made a mistake, because the job report wasn't completed so they don't have a record of what he did... Yeah.. Not throwing good money after bad thanks
