Nrg Powerjet

If there were more stars to award I would - friendly, reliable and well worth the money. Here’s why - Just moved to the area, and of course we discover there is a blocked drain, after a couple of weeks of strange smells, the bath and sink stopped letting water out altogether. I found Nrg Powerjet on google and saw the positive reviews and gave them a call fairly late in the evening, the guys were fantastic, reassuring and clearly knew what they were talking about, they said they could come along the next day. In the morning they called once again and said because of a cancellation could they come earlier (to my delight). They were quickly round and straight to work. From the start they were more than professional - I said to keep shoes on as we have solid floors but they absolutely insisted on taking them off. They were so hard at work they didn’t drink the tea I made them. To say they were thorough was an understatement, whilst they got on with things - they offered me opportunities to understand what they were doing - as I was quite intrigued i took them up on it. It was not an easy job as it turned out there were actually a number of issues - when they worked out the block they did a thorough check of all other wastes and discovered that there was still an issue. They did work fast but due to the nature of the issues at my property time did pass, before we went into the second hour I was alerted to this fact... things were basically done so they would have had no issue leaving and I would have been satisfied - however because it was clear I had some dodgy pipe work I asked them to spend some more time checking the outside drains, they got the camera out and did not leave till I was satisfied and they had thoroughly cleared up.

We were having issues related kitchen sink and even insurance company send a jet company they said fine but sink was not working properly. We called NRG Powerjet , Guy came same day and fix it quickly.. He is professional and trustable, highly recommended...

Amazingly quick service and completely cleared the blocked pipe - it turned out to be a 50 pence piece which had been down there for ages! Saved me having to replace pipework unnecessarily. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

I can't recommend Guy at NRG Powerjet highly enough. We have dreadful drainage pipes on our property which become blocked fairly regularly. Guy comes at short notice and does a really thorough job. On one occasion he tracked the source of the problem to our neighbour's property where the drain had become blocked with tree roots which he proceeded to clear out completely. He's always extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the issues and best course of action and, I believe, goes above and beyond to sort out problems.

I was very happy with the service.Just moved into our home and discovered a slow draining toilet. I called Guy who came out the same day, located our 'hidden' manhole and sorted the problem out all within an hour. He was very polite and efficient and I would certainly recommend .
