Daniel and Craig were very helpful and responsive when I called for an emergency work. They worked fast, efficiently and with great attitude and professionalism. They made sure they communicated with me throughout the whole process from the initial call to the end of the job! Overall I am very pleased and will definitely choose them again in the future!
Daniel arrived as arranged to fix a bath tap that had seized and mainly power flush the radiators as they were barely working upstairs. Daniel explained everything he was doing , he was right and the power flush fixed the heating problem. He also had to do a 20 mile round trip to buy new valves for the pump without complaint. The system is very old and dirty and he also warned me that some valves had been leaking and I will have him replace in due course.. All left very tidy and cost very reasonable.
Very professional workman. Daniel communicated before the job about parts and provided a very reason quote. Excellent job done even completed an extra job on my request with no problem. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. Thank you.
