Professional and courteous service. Asked for an emergency boiler replacement to replace our old Glowworm boiler and remove the old Boiler mate II tank which was starting to rust and making lots of strange noises. Called W&M for a quote, and they got back really quickly, with a cheaper quote with all work being completed in 1 day. British Gas (quoted 2.5 days), and another company quoted 2 days. We are very happy with our new quiet Worcester combi boiler, and very glad to be rid of our knackered and noisy old Glowworm/Boiler Mate II system - and very pleased to have gained a new storage cupboard where it used to live. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend W&M.
Excellent service. Have used them twice now and on both times I have been greatly impressed by the quality of service and how reasonable they are with the pricing. When complications arose they did not use them to boost the price but merely sorted them out. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
