Clive came and done some work for us Took out a wet room and refitted a full bathroom suite I would highly recommend this company I cannot find one fault with them both happy and jokey people give and take banter Very reasonable price done more work then previously agreed and still charged the same If you need any work done I highly recommend you contact clive you won't be disappointed

Clive Augustus is incredibly unprofessional, rude and aggressive. After work not being completed within the time frame promised and then lied to regarding electrical work supposedly carried out (thought they would get away with using a existing power supply) I disputed the remaining balance due. I was sent multiple aggressive and threatening text messages saying he was going to come round to collect the money by 'any means necessary' despite leaving us with two leaking sinks, a leaking shower tray, a broken toilet seat and a hole in our wall when he damaged himself. The overall quality of his work is very poor and we have had to instruct inspections from an independent plumber and electrician. He left our garage full of rubbish as he failed to disclose at the time of quotation he didn't have a tip licence. Ultimately due to the level of aggression shown, we have reported Job Done Services to the police, in addition to report his poor workmanship and un-professionalism to Trading Standards and Checkatrade.
