Very disappointed with this company. We were recommended PBT Joiners and Builders so had no hesitation in requesting a quote for some work. Chap turned up, I talked him through what we were looking to have done. He made no notes or measurements during the visit but said he would get back with a price. Despite contacting the Company and asking for a call back still nothing after 3 weeks. Needless to say we have now contacted another company to carry out the work. If PBT didn’t want the job they only needed to say but I can’t accept their lack of communication. Hardly the reliable quality service portrayed on their website.
