We have used Steve for many years now and have always found him friendly and efficient, he always responds promptly and no matter how problematic will always get the job sorted. When you have to leave someone alone in your property you need to know you can trust them and we know we can totally trust Steve. We would certainly have no hesitation recommending him to others.

First time I've used this company, Steve arrived on time and carried out a " straight forward "gas hob replacement which turned out to be anything but. Everything was explained to me during the process and l was totally happy when the job was completed, Steve was polite and extremely professional in all aspects of his job and I cannot praise him highly enough for the confidence he left me with after what turned out to be a rather difficult job was finished, l have rebooked Steve to do the annual service on my boiler. If your looking for a reliable and professional gas engineer look no further. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Steve came as soon as he could, carried out a repair to my combi-boiler in Long Eaton and explained fully what had been done. I shall be calling him whenever I have plumbing or heating issues, great to know good old-fashioned service is still possible. Thank you.
