No show for a quote. I called to find out where he was, but judging by the noise in the background that was quite obvious.... fobbed me off the phone with a promise to call back. 135 mile trip back home, a call the day before to confirm, and still, no show. Can't post no stars - so a minimal rating just for the fact that Craig actually answered the phone. Doesn't deserve to be listed as a Viessmann partner on their website. Time waster.
