Ron the Plumber agreed a price, said he was coming on a particular day. I waited in all day, texting leaving voicemails to Ron. no reply didn't turn up. My wife got him on the 'phone at 8:00. He said he'dd 'forgotten' to come to the job! So use at your peril!
