This absolute gentleman helped us out of what could have been a nightmare situation. No heating, no hot water and a young baby. We called him Saturday afternoon and despite it being his day off he was with us within a couple of hours. He fixed the problem within half an hour and was absolutely lovely, chatting away. He could have charged us a small fortune and we would have had no choice but to pay, yet he didn't. He even asked if we were happy with the price! I cannot recommend him enough, he restored our faith in kind souls who like to help others out.

Manish is friendly, professional, extremely thorough at diagnosing a complex fault and equally thorough in his approach to fixing the problem - double checking his work at each stage. He will not consider a job complete unless he is 100% satisfied that he has carried out the best repair/maintenance possible. And all for a very reasonable cost.
