I thought my blocked sink would be a simple fix but being an old property drainage is never quite what you think but drainpoint was determined to find out where the drainage went, where the blockage was and to fix it which they did ! Absolutely outstanding service! I called for a quote and got a more than reasonable price much better than a lot of plumbing companies within Edinburgh. The receptionist was honest about the prices and was very understanding about the situation. She then booked an engineer straight away and they were here within 40 minutes! Super fast service! Fixed a blocked kitchen sink within the hour. He was kind enough to explain what could have caused the blockage and even cleaned up any mess. So amazing service!
