Billy is very professional and has fixed a number of issues we have had (some due to previous plumbers making mistakes). Billy is extremely honest with what work needs to be done, and never tries to add on any extra, unnecessary fixes. Billy is really quick and explains everything that he is doing as he goes along - so no surprise charges. Billy is really friendly too and I always recommend his services to friends and family.
