ASAP Plumbers

ASAP Plumbers were recommended to me by a friend after I'd had a terrible experience with another plumber. Jamie was professional, explained everything clearly and seemed very trustworthy. Good communication about timings also. I will recommend them to others and I will have no hesitation going back to them if I need a plumber in future.

Honestly, ASAP Plumbers are THE BEST!! I have used them a number of times. Always a rapid response. From the office staff to the plumbers - very polite and helpful. I never hesitate to call ASAP Plumbers as I know the job will be done to the highest standard, they always leave the area clean! Great Service! Thank you guys for doing such a wonderful job!

Expensive and ineffective. Engineer carried out assessment of malfunctioning boiler, in less than 10min advised a replacement pump was needed and said office would have to quote - not himself - and left. Had to chase office for updates, turned out a new pump and installation would have been £425+VAT. Made point to say that there was no guarantee the pump was the only part that needed replacing and that more parts would be required to fix problem - and all chargeable. Called different engineer for second opinion and it turned out the pump is fully functioning and the problem was elsewhere!!! He was carrying all necessary spare parts in his van - hey presto all fixed for considerably less than ASAP quoted, and no VAT on top.

AMAZING! Prompt, polite and honest. Serviced my boiler at very short notice and did an amazing job. Included a few little extras at no extra charge and left me with good advice too! Jamie is a top guy, you don’t often experience service like this these days! Will definitely be using ASAP for all of our plumbing needs in the future!
