Speedy Jet Plumbers

A plumber came out within 2 hours of us calling on a Sunday to fix a damaged drain pipe for our washing machine. A commercial plumbing company had tried to fix the problem 6 weeks earlier but the problem persisted, and they couldn't send out someone for 48 hours. Will definitely use Speedy Jet again, I found Peter very helpful and he explained everything he was doing so I could understand where the issue was :) thanks again!

Okay, they took a long time to arrive. Okay. When they did arrive they were unprofessional and very hostile, okay. The two guys looked at our faulty water pump for less than 5 minutes before tightening two nuts and charging £85 pounds for the pleasure, okay. Okay, this didn't fix the fault and when I called back I was told that it's not their fault and they'd have to charge another £85 to come and fix it. Absolute cowboys. Okay, avoid at all costs. OKAY.

Great service - everything done as promised and as agreed price. Very quick to respond to.

Charged £350 for drainage job. Didn’t give receipt. 2 days later problem reappeared. Refused to give money back. Unprofessional plumber. Professional thief! I’ll be taking this further.

We called SJP out as our boiler failed and whilst they were speedy to come out and assess the situation, they wanted to sell me a boiler. Repair was out of the question, because: "In my opinion this is a very expensive repair also the boiler is leaking water". The next day I got a second opinion and the repair was completed in 3 hours for £250 including the labour.
