I have to say that this company from office staff to engineer, are amazing. They are polite, friendly and courteous. I was kept informed at every step. The engineer who visited our house was definitely very experienced and skilled, he diagnosed the fault quickly. He came back the next day with the part and fixed the boiler. They are certainly way ahead of all other companies I have used.
