Able Plumbing & Heating

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, shockingly bad company, they should be investigated for malpractice. I had no hot water and called this company to help. The plumber stayed for an 1 1/4 hours, and frankly I have no idea what he did. He claimed that many parts needed to be ordered for my boiler and immersion to work, which later turned out to be untrue. He left me with no hot water and a massive bill for absolutely zero work. I spoke with another plumber over the phone and within 15 minutes he ran me through the necessary and I was able to fix the problem and have running hot water that very night. There was no pressure in the system! Apparently the most basic of requirements!!! The company is ignoring my calls and emails, I've had to get a refund from my credit card company.

At work we always call them if we need a plumber who is knowledgable and reasonably cheap. Good job Guys

I would like to thank this company for fixing my boiler. The engineer was very professional, he had a talkative/friendly personality. Easily got the job done! Good value for money!

Do not use Able plumbing and heating! Terrible service and VERY unreliable! I had a 12pm visit booked, and at 8pm still no one had showed. As this was Now out of hours, I thought it only fair that if they needed a part, they come back for free the next day so I’m not paying twice, but no! So unhelpful and clearly don’t care about local customers

I can easily recommnd this comapny if you need nany boiler advice.
